PC,
I am sorry you are having such a hard time with meds and other stuff right now. I am sure you are probably not to keen on changing your AD, but maybe you would do better on one of the older ADs in the TCA family. I have been doing quite well on nortrityline (Pamelor) - at least until I tried the Klonopin that the pdoc had prescribed for me because he didn't want me to use Xanax as needed. But, now that I haven't used Klonopin in a few days, the good AD effect of nort is apparent again. Nortriptyline is also, apparently, good for panic attacks. I have not had any bad side effects from it in the time that I have been on it. I have gained some weight, but I was not really eating before I started taking nortrityline, so that was to be expected. Anyway, you may want to discuss it with your pdoc. It seems to me to be a good AD.
Take good care of you. I hope you find a combination of meds that bring you the relief you deserve.
All the best,
Tamara
