effexor xr M.S.

I have been treaed for depression with Welbutin. The Rebif I take for M.S also has the side effect of depression. Well all 4 meds for MS have this side afect. I had the darkest week of my life last week so I cut mt does of rebif, not good, and went to the Dr. Effexor xr and its like I am on sreroids again, will this go away I would like to sleep. Thanks for any help. Sorry about the spelling.
