I don't know enough about eastern/mediterranean food to make a recommendation. But, others probably will. I just wonder, though, if it might be wise drop by ahead of time and get a copy of the menu and/or call the restaurant to talk to the chef or owner about food preparation and what ingredients they use. You might be wise to put in a request ahead of time for a special (safe) dish to avoid any risk of a hypertensive crisis. But, I am a bit of a wart at times. My brother is a chef and owns a restaurant, and he accommodates people with food allergies, etc. all the time. Some customers call ahead, advise of the foods they have to avoid, and he prepares a special entree for them. He's happy to do it.
Good luck.
