Important - need to know by 8pm today - liver test

I go for ultra sound liver test tomorow at 7:30 am. I'm not supposed to eat after supper and no drink after midnight. What about my meds, can I take the pills at 10 pm like I normaly do, or do I need to take them at supper. And in the morning Can I take any pills? Realy need to know about 10 pm pills, probably skip the morning dose till I eat.
