I take Zoloft and Topamax for depression, mood stabilization and anxiety. As for now, my moods are stabilized, but I still feel anxious and am very sleepy. I told my doctor that, and he increased my topamax up to 100mg per day. Do you think it's the topamax or the zoloft that's making me so tired? I feel lethargic during the day, and have no motivation to do anything. I look forward to bedtime every night! -L
