Yes- it affects norepinephrine and serotonin.

> Hmmm. Does it affect norepinephrine? I'm pretty sure I'm going to have to call my pdoc today because I feel itchy, crawly, jumpy which is always a very very bad sign for me with AD's. I don't understand why it's doing this at 50 mg when I used to be able to tolerate 300 mg.
