Dear TBE,

I have panic disorder, atypical depression with family history of BP II. So far Nardil and Klonopin have been the best ... pretty much makes one hypomanic permenantly (at least me). Aside from the hypomania ... it also cause massive weight gain, insomnia, memory problems and sexual dysfunction. So after 5 years I am on the search again.

I am on a similar combo that you suggested now .... zoloft/klonopin and wellbutrin instead of dexadrin. I also find 300 to 450 of lithium calms me.

Thanks for the advice.

Smith
