You sound very depressed, and i'd maybe try seeing a psychologist instead of more medication if it isn't helping. It can't hurt to see a shrink, and therapy combined with medication has consistently proven to be the best way to get well. You don't list what meds you've tried, but there are plenty of other medication classes for what you're suffering with. There's MAOI's, tryciclics, electroconvulsive therapy, antipsychotics, etc. So don't give up hope, and keep your chin up...things will get better.

> JohnnystatsThanks. I have tried Geodon, risperdal and now seroquel. But the seroquel is only for sleep. I haven't tried maoi's because of the diet restrictions. I've been on many tryciclics too. I'm one of those difficult cases. I've tried counseling and should probably go back but I just haven't found a good counselor.
