I 'think' most people do not find Valium effective for SP.
I certainly didn't find it effective were as I do find Klonopin somewhat effective.

Despite having a long half life Valiam actualy has quite a short duration of action. There is a scientific explination for this, but I've forgoten what it is, sorry.

Having said all that I'm sure some people experience good results with Valium for SP, YMMV!
