Losing hope rapidly....

Hi,
I live in the UK, and seem to have tried every ad without success. I've been depressed since the birth of my kids 10 years ago, and for the past 18 months have been under the care of a psychiatrist. Does anybody in the UK know of any effective combos (tried zispin and effexor)or have revisted drugs with success????
