The folks who post here are very willing to give you support. What we cannot do is be face to face help for you, which is what I believe you need. I know you have said hospitalization is not an option, but I really think that is what you need. Or, at the very least, a doc or therapist you can be in close contact with. Just by the history of your posts here, I'm not sure how successful you can be at home, on your own, trying to get to the point that meds will help you. I think it may take 24/7 care to guide you and support you with IMMEDIATE help with dosing, med choice, and reassurence.
Suggesting other meds or changes is a good idea, in theory, but what I think is the big issue is getting you to where you will actually be able to take the meds. No amount of suggestions for meds is going to matter unless you can ingest them without total, complete fear.
I'm not trying to put you down or make you feel badly. I really would like you to find a way out of this and I think you could be successful in your treament if you could break the cycle of being terrified of taking the meds that could really make a big impact on your functioning.
