> Help. right now I'm on 300 mgs of topamax, 200 deseyrl, and .5 mg klonopin as necessary which is about every durn day. I've been on provigil for two weeks and am now at 200 and seem to be in some sort of obsessive mode. I'm going to cut back, I think.
> I'm a little crabby, sleeping OK, really bummed by (expected) election results, but otherwise not under unusual life stress. I'm flat out depressed but functioning at a high level--most people wouldn't know that I'm depressed just to be around me for an hour or so.
> I've been having fleeting, black bird sort of suicidal ideation since beginning the provigil that I won't act on, which has given me extra energy, and I've got a mild--moderate case of the topamax stupids.
> I make myself keep going. I don't want to gain weight--I'm leery of the SSRI's most of which haven't worked for me. Wellbutrin pooped out on me and serzone is off the market.
> What does anybody know about dopamine levels and bipolar disorder? Anybody on cymbalta ?
> rainyI'm on a little Cymbalta right now (only AD). Low side effects, but I must say that Effexor worked a lot better. I suspect it has to do with the mild dopamine reuptake inhibition it has. A combo that worked really well in the past was Effexor+Adderall. Celexa+dexedrine worked well, too. I just wish I could tolerate the stuff.
