anyone taking prozac and effexor xr?

i am taking 60mg prozac and effexor xr 75mg.Has anyone had success with this combo?Is this too high a dosage?i have a panic disorder w/ moderate to severe depression and haven't seen any results.I have been on effexor for about 5 weeks, should i give it more time?
