Seizures, being an unpredictable event (for the most part), requires continuous blood levels of an anticonvulsant to control. The person I know had one (1) seizure of unknown etiology and will require continuous use of a AC for at least 5 years.

While an AC, I'm not sure how often clonazapam is used these days in light of other AC's available.
