possible to permanently destroy drive with AP?

is there anyway at all that using and AP appropriately could permanently cut-off someone's drive ( after quitting the AP )? i.e going on the meds intentionally for a 2 or 3 weeks at a relatively high dose to the point of parkinsonian and severe eps.
