There are some possibilities. Normaly betablockers are used
Propranolol 40mg 1 hour before event
Propranolol lA 80mg for one day for taking constantly
Metoprolol
Atenolol
Oxprenolol
Pindolol
Most common side effects, transient headache, impotence, lethargie
