Many drugs, such as the tricyclic ADs and Strattera, that block norepinephrine reuptake can cause this (in the case of the tricyclics, some of them cause this because they are anticholinergic, however). I believe you will find that the side effect diminishes with time. If it remains a problem, you can ask to take an alpha-1 blocker such as is given to men who have enlarged prostates. My experience is that this works very well and has very few side effects.
