I don't know you or your history, but did your pdoc warn you about serotonin syndrome? You are on two meds that work on serotonin and I'm wondering if you might be reacting to that. Once my meds were giving me a little serotonin syndrome and I became very anxious and hyper (and felt very warm in rooms where it wasn't hot at all). I felt almost manic. If you are worrying like crazy and not acting like yourself, give your pdoc a call.
