I think 75 mg may be of some use for some people on SSRIs trying to counter sexual side effects, or for some people with hypoactive sexual desire, but this is below the dosage generally needed for antidepressant efficacy. For that, 150 is probably the very bottom of the range, and 200 would be a better amount IMO. In my own case, I needed 300 mg/day, and when I eventually cut back to 150/day (due to extreme irritability that developed over time), I found this dosage had absolutely no antidepressant effect, at least for me.
