how do I taper off amantadine

I took amantadine to counter sexual side effects I got on risperdal, I've been off the risperdal for a while now stayed on the amantadine for a few months for fear that it would get worse again (irrational I know).

I've only been taking 100mg of it, and it's not somethign you can cut in half really.

How should I go off it? Did I permanently down regulate things being on this?
