Have you considered 10 mg selegiline + 500mg DLPA + P-5-P, as one poster suggested, after years of failing all else. The idea was the D-phenylalanine converted to PEA, while L-phenylalanine converted to tyrosine and PEA. PEA had a half life of seconds, but selegiline antagonized its breakdown. I think this might work well for you, since serotonergic mechanisms don't seem to assist your dx. Now, you continue to take Namenda and Lamictal, which you state makes your situation 15% better than your unmedicated baseline. I think this idea is worth a shot, given that unsatisfying level of improvement.
