My knees have been bothering me, too -- for the first time in my life. I've been taking 0.5 mg of Klonopin twice a day for over a year. This post about your knees hurting on higher doses of Klonopin is interesting. Maybe I should try reducing the dosage. I walk several miles a day for exercise, but it's getting painfull.
Has anybody else out there ever heard of joint pain being related to Klonopin?

If I take it too late in the day and I am not 'swinging' for lack of a better word, then I wake up the next day groggy and tired. One thing I have noticed is that when we increased to .75 my knees started to hurt.
