SSRI's and strange physical symptoms?

Hi, I was wondering if anyone's antidepressant has this sort of effect on them. I take an SSRI in divided doses in the morning and at bedtime.
As the day goes on and it gets closer to my bedtime dose I get a strange feeling in my head. Not a headache but a sense of fullness and pressure band around my head.
I have noticed it gets extremely worse if I forget and miss a dose. Is this a side effect of the medication? Or is the medication wearing off to soon and a slight withdrawal is occuring?
Anyones comments or input would be greatfully appreciated. THANKS
