I can definitely relate to the night-sweats, and even more specifically, the neck-area. I take Lexapro as well, and I am 34, so it's surely a Lexapro side effect more than anything hormonal/menopausal.

I also sweat during the day on my face only - but I seem to recall that happening a lot to me anyway, prior to Lexapro. Luckily, the sweating isn't profuse and better yet - isn't "smelly" :)

Bad news is...I've been on Lexapro over a year and it hasn't subsided. Maybe for you, it will, though! Best of luck!
