I have been off the weight gaining meds for about a month and still not lost any weight. I work out and eat right but nothing. It is frustrating and depressing. My moods have been for the most part OK. I cry easily and often, especially during the Olympics. My "homicidal" moments are low right now, but if they go up again I will have to take the meds again just to keep my job and friends. Does anyone have any suggestions?
