Quit Taking Lexapro and Ativan Cold Turkey!!!

Hello,

I have been taking Lexapro and Ativan for the past two years since my father died. I am getting better and feel that I do not need my medicine anymore. I stopped taking it "cold turkey". Now I am having this shock feeling. It feels like someone is shocking me and it runs from my fingers up my head. It is a very weird and scarry feeling. Is anyone else having this happen to them?
