This conversation has me concerned.

I have been taking lamictal for almost 3 years. lamictal has been my "staple" med. As in how they say bread is a staple for dinner.

many times i have been only on lamictal. it appears to be keeping me from bottoming out. i'm not sure about this, because it's very possible everytime I tried to get off it i was just going through a depression cycle.

my memory used to be dangerous (as in good dangerous to others). i would never forget anything.

my short term memory has suffered . my p-doc said memory loss was a symptom of depression, lack of sleep and anxiety to name a few.

my memory increased now that i'm getting sleep, but it's not like it used to be.

now you have me wondering if this lamictal is killing my short term memory.

i'm going to try and get off of it again and see what happens.

good observation bro!
