Hi Jim,

If you are adding a TCA to an SSRI I would recommend Nortriptyline at therapeutic doseages & the two should combine to give less side effects than therapeutic Clomipramine. Low doseages of Amitriptyline or Doxepin are really only good sedatives & low doseages of Clomipramine or Imipramine don't really have any purpose as they aren't very sedating for most people.
