hello there, chemist here....i did a trial with ritalin years and years ago for a very short time and would be fibbing if i stated that i remember the dose. however, i can address the dexedrine part of your question. i have 30 mg/day in divided doses prescribed, although i hardly go above 20 mg/day at times. all the best, chemist
