depakote withdrawal

i'm withdrawing from depakote (250 mgs, 2x/day) and i feel really weird, like i can't concentrate or think.

i took one 250 mg to help the withdrawal and felt incredibly sick and nauseated for a few hours, then felt 'normal' again.

what's up? what does depakote do? and how long does it take to get over this?
