serotonin and carbohydrates

Posted by asoiferman on June 10, 2004, at 12:28:01

this may belong under the "health" board, but this area gets much more traffic.

i know that there's a connection between serotonin and carbohydrates - carbs lead to the creation of more serotonin. does this mean that those of us who take SSRIs should watch our carb intake? does what we eat really affect our moods?
