Effective Withdrawl From Effexor....Update

I just wanted to again thank whoever posted the instructions on breaking 75 mg Effexor XR tablets
in two..and then taking half the dose..it worked!

I believe I have successfuly weened off Effexor!

I have been through the withdrawl the last 2 weeks
but I think im out of the woods. I have better and better the last few days, and the nice weather outside has helped by allowing me to work inthe yard, play basketball with my son and sweat out alot of anxiety!
