I have the myoclonic jerk blues

Since I decreased my Nardil from 60 mg back to 45 mg due to edema and urinary retention, I have noticed that myoclonic jerks have increased! What's up with that? I actually timed them one night when I was trying to get to sleep. At one point, it was every 5-10 seconds. At times, my abs clench, too, and/or my jaw snaps shut. Has anyone else had this experience? My poor husband...
And why with a dose decrease?
