I can't tolerate more than 40 mg. Marplan because of dizziness. I didn't get much of a response to it until I augmented with Cytomel (T3 thyroid hormone). I can't say I'm doing wonderfully but I am doing better.
I have a lot of anxiety which the Marplan doesn't seem to address.
I wish more people knew about Marplan because it seems to be free of most of the side effects of either Parnate or Nardil.
