ejaculatory delay, sleepiness, nausea.

XR is much better for nausea. I do have that tingly serotonergic sensation, but it is not excessive.

I am going to try to not go further than 75mg.

Perhaps I may need to ask that my provigil be raised because I am having the effexor napies.

When should I dose this beast, so I can anticipate when the sleepiness arrives?

I like the lessened anxiety. I chose effexor for particular reasons. I am really not fond of serotonergic drugs but effexor has opioid acitivty, and I have been having mixed moods with sharper than usual depressive pangs. None of the other serotonergic drugs have this kind of activity. I find the rest to be good for making colors brighter and numbing you a bit without alleviating all depressive or anxiety symptoms. All are demotivators to me.

Thank god I have provigil in my arsenal now, but my pdoc was worried the effexor might trigger some hypo activity and was pleased I am already on trileptal. That seems unlikely.
