Do try to increase to 150mg for some time.
150mg is the normal therapeutic dose of Effexor.

Effexor has some dopamine and adrenaline activity at higher dosages, that may help with fatigue.

Dont know anything about your sensitivity but,
if I were you I'd increase to 112mg (1 1/2 pill) for a week and then to 150mg.
A jumpstart can trigger worsen depression and anxiety.

Try your best to stick with the med. Effexor is a good anti-depressive with a very high responsrate, regardless of what you may have been reading on this board.

sorry for spelling

/Mats
