Serzone/nefazodone still available outside U.S.?

This is just a curiosity thing. I used Serzone several years ago, and have a friend who still uses it and finds it very helpful.
I've read about it being pulled from the market in Canada, Australia, and several European countries...sometimes by governmental intervention due to the rare but serious adverse liver effects, and other times purportedly due to low sales.
I'd be interested in hearing where else in the world Serzone, or other branded or generic nefazodone, remain available.
