There is a potential for hepatoxicity with all drugs as I think the majority are metabolized by our liver. Generally speaking, everything should be fine unless there is a pre-existing liver condition. The only known drug to *possibly* cause these problems is Serzone and has since been taken off the market here (in Canada.) I was on it for a brief period, however, and it didn't do anything to me...quite literally, actually. It didn't help and only made me dopey and sleepy.

I am currently on Wellbutrin and doing just fine...
