Do you have a regular doctor such as a pediatrician? Tell your mom that you don't feel good and you need to see the doctor.
If for some reason your mom won't let you see the doctor for depression, tell her that your stomach hurts. Then when you see the doctor, tell him or her that your stomach is better but you feel depressed.
Or, if that doesn't work, just call the doctor yourself and make an appointment. Or ask your school nurse to call your mom and let her know that you need to see a doctor for depression or for difficulty concentrating in class.
