I just feel better because i am eatig healthier.. i am full.... here is what i used to eat before


BREAKY: a huge bowl of cerial, about 3/4 pieces of toast dripping in butter.

LUNCH: Ham salad roll with about 2/3 packets of crisps

DINNER: huge portions of lots of fatty foods such as chicken kievs, huge portion of potatoes, Or i would have a huge portion of pasta with tomatoes and a hole garlic bread to myself...

Then i would pick out on sweets, chocholate and i must say atleast 5 bags of crisps in an evening... now i dont get hungry i eat

boiled egg, bacon, for breaky..

chicken lettuce and mayo for lunch

and steak/lamb chops/pork chops with 2 cup fulls of veg including green beans and muchrooms... with some melted cheese... and i am loosing weight... its great.. i take all my vitamins which i am so glad i started doing as i can feel that the omega is helping me with my anxiety... and i been drinking lots of water... i am so so so so glad to be doing this.. cutting the carbs is beating the buldge for me !!
