Clomipramine is an equally strong 5-HT2A blocker, but you take lots more of it, so it should definately work, if it didn't than I doubt Remeron will help you, but don't let that deter you from trying it. It has a long half-life, so if you take it before sleep, it should still be effective the next day.
How would you describe your anorgasmia? When I was on 75mg of Effexor I had alot of trouble. On 150mg I would be erect for as long as needed, but no amount of motion would do anything, after 15 minutes of frustration I find myself wondering what is on TV or something, like I could never focus on the job I was trying to do. I am now on 300mg of Effexor & 30mg of Remeron & have no orgasm or ejaculation problems. I still have no libido, no drive to ask for sex, but I am easily aroused to perform. It's like I am a womans idea of the perfect man. Doesn't nag for it, but performs on demand. :)
