Thanks! I started taking it at 10pm, still didn't help. My doctor prescribed Ambien for a week. I did that and slept so well I can see why people get addicted to it! I had 2 days of only 3 hours a night after I went off it though; I felt terrible (withdrawal I guess?) Then I tried benadryl for a couple of days. The last 2 nights I've used nothing and slept okay - the usual tossing and turning, but no waking up for 2 - 3 hours at a time feeling wired yet sleepy. I'm still a bit tired in the mornings, so maybe I'll try taking it around 8pm and see what happens. I'm keeping my fingers crossed! I can't totally assess if the Lex is really working til I am well-rested.

Bluesfan:
I upped from 10 to 20 in December. I only felt the side effects for about a week or so and they weren't as severe as the beginning. The only thing I can't get rid of is insomnia! You have a good attitude about it, you will feel better soon!
