Help Im losing my hair !! (medicines)

Ive been losing my hair since 2 years ago . I
didn´t care until now . I thought I was going to have regrowing of my hair but now I can see I was wrong .
I cut my hair recently : Im scared , I can see
through my hair all the way almost to my brain
I dont have it.
Im on Nardil 45mg , but Im sure this is not provoking me this , because I can remember my hair falling since 2 or 3 years ago when I was in other meds like Zoloft , Efexor ,Wellbutrin.
Nobody in my family is bald , this is not a genetic issue . This is meds related
What can I do ?
Please help me to solve this one ?
Im 23 , dont want to be bald now
