> Has anyone got any info or advice about the use of half inderal/inderal/other beta blockers for anxiety?In general, beta blockers do not help with panic attacks or anxiety. Beta blockers CAN reduce a few of anxieties symtoms such as sweating and trembling. They can also reduce blood pressure.
Xanax is best for panic attacks, but is very addictive. Klonopin is good for anxiety and is not as addictive.
