Mark I have been on Lexapro for a year now and it has turned out to be one of the best medications I've been on. I still feel a little nausea occasionally but I never felt sluggish with it or if I did I contributed it to the depression rather than the medication. It sure has helped my depression I am on 20 mg and feel better than I've ever felt before. Hang in there there is hope.
