> Hi, I take 30mg Nardil, 7.5mg zyprexa, and up to 6mg Clonazepam, (klonopin). It leaves me really tired, I sleep most of the day, and have no drive to do anything. I arrived at this combo after trying practically the full range of pharmaceuticals. Stimulants, (ritalin coffee, dex) make my OCD worse, does anyone have any ideas on something I could try to counteract the negative effects the Klonopin has on my memory and energy level, thanks for your suggestns

Sorry to not get back to you sooner. First of all, with the clonazepam is their anyway to lower the dose? At the same time you could maybe higher your Nardil.
At 30mg I doubt very much that your getting the great anti-anxiety effects of Nardil. Also, the Zyprexa could be blunting the Nardil.
I personally think you might be missing out on the great effects of Nardil because these other two meds could very well be thwarting them...and your Nardil dose being too low.
I suggest you lower the other two agents and up the Nardil. If you don't like this suggestion, tell me I am a fool!
Ben, I did some research on This drug ONDANSETRON. It is a 5-HT3 antagonis- this drug seems to be for the prevention of vomiting, (ie for people who are going through chemotherapy), but also could play a role in psychosis or panic. If you take this it will INCREASE the effects of Nardil. I can't really comment on it's use as a counteractive measure against fatigue- 'cause I have never heard of it used for this.
I am sorry I couldn't help more. I am still myself suffering cognitive dysfunction from the re-starting of Nardil. But I'll keep your situation in mind.
BTW, is the fatigue throughout the WHOLE day ( how many hours do you sleep in the day?) or does it come in episodes?
Just remember benzos have the potential to cause depression.
Also, how long have been on clonazepam and zyprexa? ( you have probably told me before, but my brain is still fried!)
Good luck to you my buddy,
Ace.
