> Do you mind if I ask how Parnate helps with your diagnosis? The reason I ask is because I have fairly bad atypical depression and very low energy, and I am definitely thinking about Parnate. I take Celexa, but only Prozac has really helped me for my type of depression (out of the dozen or so meds I have tried in the past 19 years).parnate makes me think about things more positively and makes me find things more interesting ...... and more fun i guess ... and puts more thoughts into my head (things i'd like to do) when otherwise there are none....... it also makes me feel stronger, more aggressive, and more calm (perhaps agitated, but much less anxious)
parnate is a wonder drug man.. and the diet is no inconvenience at all when compared to the major inconvenience of depression .... i would strongly recommend it (esp for atypical depression or sleepy people like me or anyone who wants a really strong libido :) :) )
don't suffer needlessly man.... work at it, find a solution, i want to see all of us doing well
