Need to split doses of Nardil? (half-life?)

Hi guys, please help me with something I am trying to find out.
What is the half-life of Nardil (including its metabolites)?
I take 60mg a day and I would like to establish if Nardil needs to be taken in several split doses throughout the day or can I take it just once (or maybe twice) a day?
I would be very keen to find this out as there seems to be little on the Net.
