Brother suicial in Burbank - need resources-help

My brother i sin Burbank, CA and I'm in Minneapolis - he deparately needs to be seen by a doctor ASAP - but has NO health insurance and VERY low income. Anyone in the Burbank area know where he can go?!?!?!?
