The SSRIs vary highly in that regard... while most find Prozac to be "activating", others may find it sedating. Likewise, some people may find a sedating SSRI like Luvox to be stimulating. <shrug>

Have you thought about simply adding a small dose of Provigil to your dose of Prozac? It's a very safe, mild stimulant that doctors aren't at all afraid to prescribe. It belongs to a new class of drugs referred to as eugeroics ("good-arousal"). It is FDA-indicated for use in narcolepsy, but the manufacturer is seeking approval for use in excessive daytime sleepiness as well. I'm very confident that Provigil would solve your problem -- and if the Prozac is working, I certainly wouldn't advise switching to another medication that may or may not work for you.
